Volunteer With Friends

Are you looking for a way to give back to your local community? Joining the Friends of the Scottsdale Public Library Board of Directors is a great step in the right direction.

We meet once per month to discuss Board operations, but you can also join a committee to put your skills to the ultimate use.

While all skill sets are welcome, we are currently looking for individuals who have a background/expertise in the following areas:

• Communications: Are you a social media wizard? Do you like writing for fun? We can always use help promoting the great work of the Friends.
• Fundraising: Are you an expert grant writer? Do you think outside the box when it comes to soliciting donations? We love people that can help us raise money for the Library.
• Event Planning: Are you the social secretary of your family or office? Do you know the best venues and caterers? Help us plan the next great Scottsdale social event.
• Finance: Do you like budget planning or have experience with Salesforce and/or QuickBooks? We would love your finance expertise.
