Library Card Campaign

Scottsdale Public Library has a goal of 2,000 new library card sign-ups between September 1, 2021 and November 30, 2021. If your card has expired, you can renew in person at an SPL branch or online.

SPL CardAll Maricopa County residents are eligible for a free SPL card. You can choose from seven different card choices, including the new design featuring the SPL mission statement: “Putting People at the Heart of Dynamic Library Services.” New and renewing cardholders can choose any design for their card, but those who sign up online will receive the new design.

Anyone that signs up for a card will receive a $1 off coupon eligible to use at the Library Shops at Civic Center and Mustang Library.

SPL and the Friends will be out in the Scottsdale community signing up new library cards during September, October, and November. Here’s a list of scheduled events:
